DATASHEET 4BDX-1901 |
The anti-proAKAP4 clone 5H2 recognizes the precursor of AKAP4 that is called the proAKAP4 or full-length AKAP4.
This monoclonal antibody is suitable for Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry applications.
This monoclonal antibody (clone 5H2) only recognizes the pro-form/precursor of AKAP4 (110 kDa / 854 AA), and the prodomain of 21 kDa (as a results of proAKAP4 conversion into AKAP4) and will not react with the AKAP4 (82 kDa / 665 AA).
This specific monoclonal antibody reacts also with the proAKAP4 proteins from Goat, Camel, Cat, Dog, Pig, Rabbit semens.
Research Use Only Product (RUO) / Not for Diagnosis or Therapeutic Use.
