Dr Nicolas Sergeant, co-founder of the company SPQI-4BioDx, was one of the co-chairmain during the International Dystrophia Myotonica Consortia - IDMC 2017 which took place from the 5th to the 9th of September 2017 in San Francisco (USA).

He presented his work about the regulation of the phosphorylation and the splicing of Tau regulated by temperature.

His team  also had a poster entitled : " Regulation of tau exon 10 alternative splicing by MBNL and temperature : implication in myotonic dystrophy."
